Odfjell converts its Odfjell Terminals (Maritiem) facility into storage terminal

October 6, 2010 [Tank Storage Magazine] - Odfjell Terminals Rotterdam is converting land area and a jetty at a waste collection facility in Rotterdam into a 400,000m3 terminal, Managing Director Geert Eijsink exclusively told Tank Storage magazine at the European Petrochemical Association event in Budapest from 2-6 October.

Odfjell purchased the facility a few years ago and shut down production in January this year. The terminal will store clean petroleum products and bulk liquid chemicals.

Eijsink explains that Odfjell Terminals (Rotterdam) is improving productivity and expanding capacity.

Odfjell Terminals (Rotterdam) (OTR) is one of the largest independent tank storage terminals in Europe.
