Murphy USA Appoints New Head of Fuel Marketing

December 24, 2015 [OPIS] - Murphy USA has appointed a new head of fuel marketing, following the resignation of Josh Henderson.


Greg Downum will assume his responsibilities as head of fuel marketing at Murphy USA, and he will report to Andrew Clyde, president and CEO of Murphy USA.

Downum will continue to oversee supply and distribution activities. Nathaniel Doddridge will remain director of retail fuel pricing and programs, and Ken Williams will remain director of terminal marketing and operations. Both will report to Downum.

From Jan. 1, Henderson will be the chief operating officer at Lincoln Energy Solutions, an ethanol distribution company based in Greenville, S.C.

Prior to his resignation, he spent 14 years at Murphy companies and 12 years in El Dorado, Ark. Murphy USA has grown significantly to more than 1,300 retail fuel stations from less than 400 stations in 2000.
