Kinder Morgan Carteret in bio diesel expansion

March 13, 2010 [TankTerminals.com] - According to local press reports Kinder Morgan will invest $ 60 million in a bio-diesel blending system and storage facility on a 15 acre site at their Carteret (NJ) facility.

Construction is slated to begin in May and end in June 2011, said Kevin Golankiewicz, northeast regional manager of Kinder Morgan.
He added that the project will produce between 150 and 200 construction jobs.
Kinder Morgan’s Carteret facility employs 148 people and has a 33-member emergency response team, Golankiewicz said.
