FinCo Logistics New Owner/Operator of 75,000 m³ Petroleumhaven Terminal in Amsterdam

June 12, 2013 [FinCo Logistics B.V.] - FinCo Logistics B.V. is a new Dutch incorporated company engaged in the storage and distribution of petroleum and petroleum-related products in Northwest Europe. The company is part of the FinCo Fuel Group.


The shareholders of FinCo are Jan-Willem van der Velden en Peter Nohlmans via their investment vehicle Coloured Finches B.V.

Both gentlemen have extensive experience in the national and international oil industry through their executive functions at respectively Mabanaft and North Sea Group.

FinCo Terminal Amsterdam (= FTA), formerly known as Vopak Terminal Amsterdam Petroleumhaven, will primarily focus on storage and distribution of distillates and biofuels. Additional new commercial activities will be developed as well.

FTA will continue to invest in improving and expanding safety, security and infrastructure at the terminal during the coming years.
