Entrepot Petrolier de la Gironde Expands Capacity

July 13, 2012 [EPG] - EPG, located in the Port of Bordeaux, decided to build new tankage in her terminal and thus storage capacity will be increased to 138.500 m³, low flash and high flash tankage including blending facilities for various bio products. The expansion will be put into operation at the end of 2013.


Further Entrepot Petrolier de la Gironde has built a new pipeline, which will connect 3 jetties in the Port of Bordeaux owned by major oil companies and EPG and thus also connects various storage terminals in that area.

EPG receives all incoming products ex seagoing vessels and after blending the petroleum products are loaded into approx. 60.000 trucks per year, thus serving the greater part of South Western France.
