Buckeye to Market Several Chicago Area Terminals as One Facility from February
01.04.2011 - NEWS

January 3, 2011 [OPIS] - Buckeye Partners, LP said on Monday that it plans to market several oil terminal and storage locations as one facility in Chicago area, effective Feb. 1.

The facility will be referred to as Buckeye Terminals, LLC – Chicago Complex.

This change will simplify the nomination and inventory management process for its customers while offering increased ease of access to its storage tanks and connecting carriers.
All terminal scheduling duties will be performed by one person to allow for a single point of contact.
All nominations into and out of Buckeye Terminals East Chicago, Hammond, Hartsdale and Peotone facilities will need to use the new terminal and tanker designations.
Buckeye will not change volumes or connecting carrier designations.
