FIIS Investigation at Europoint Terminal

World Point Terminals Inc. (the “Corporation”) announces that the Dutch Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service (the “FIIS”) is investigating possible embezzlement by two senior managers of its Europoint subsidiary, which resulted in the filing of potentially incorrect tax returns by Europoint. The FIIS is currently examining records from the facility. The two employees have been placed on administrative leave pending the completion of the investigation. The Corporation has taken measures to ensure that normal operations are continued at the Corporation’s Amsterdam terminal.
