TransMontaigne Terminals to merge with SemGroup LP

TransMontaigne Terminals has announced plans to merge with SemGroup LP, another US-based midstream oil industry service provider. SemGroup last month acquired the Milford Haven storage facility in the UK from Petroplus. Further details about the proposed merger are expected shortly.
