Koole Terminals Acquires Alkion Terminals

August 01, 2022 [Koole] – Alkion is a leading bulk liquid storage operator and consolidation platform in Western Europe focusing on chemicals and biofuels. It operates nine terminals in five major European economies: France, Portugal, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

 

Alkion is currently managing 1.2 million cubic meters of capacity with significant additional organic growth planned in biofuel and chemical products storage across its locations.

The terms of the transaction are not disclosed and the closing of the transaction is subject to the receipt of customary approvals. Closing is expected by year end 2022.
