Completed Oil Storage Terminal at Vassiliko Awaits First Customers

December 1, 2014 [Famagusta Gazette] - The first phase of the oil storage terminal and the jetty at Vassiliko, on the southeastern coast of Cyprus, has been completed, with the contractor J&P delivering on Friday the project to the owner company, VTTV.


A press release, says that with the completion of the construction phase, the operation system of the Terminal will be tested with oil products, followed by the launch of the operational phase with the arrival of the first vessels which are expected during the next weeks.

During a short ceremony at the premises of the Terminal, the General Manager of J&P, Efthyvoulos Iacovides, officially delivered the terminal’s “keys” to the Managing Director of VTTV, George Papanstasiou.
