VTTI Energy Partners LP Announces Launch Of Initial Public Offering

July 23, 2014 [MarketWatch] - VTTI Energy Partners LP today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 17,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests in VTTI pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).


VTTI will also grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,625,000 common units at the initial public offering price. VTTI will list its common units on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VTTI.”

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
