Vopak Colombia Obtains CDLI Permit at its Cartagena Terminal
06.10.2019 By Ricardo Perez - NEWS

June 10, 2019 [Tank News International] – Vopak Colombia has obtained a CDLI permit at its Cartagena Terminal. The CDLI (Centro de Distribución de Logistica Internacional) permit from the Colombian Customs Authority enables customers to store their products in Vopak tanks for 365 days without nationalising.

Additionally, the product can be re-exported by vessel without paying taxes, making the Cartagena terminal a logistics platform for the Caribbean. This opens new opportunities and facilitates the consolidation of Vopak’s presence in the Colombian market.

Vopak’s Cartagena Termninal currently accommodates 26 tanks with a total capacity of 26,942 cbm.
