Verwater to Build Extra Capacity at Argos Terminal in Rotterdam

December 28, 2011 - [Verwater] - Argos Terminals has appointed Verwater to build Tank Pit 18 with a total capacity of 200,000m3 at its Rotterdam terminal.


Today the CEO of Argos Terminals BV, Ronald Pechtold, and the owner of Verwater, Paul Verwater, have signed an agreement for the Argos’s terminal Phase 6.1 project. The phase 6.1 is an expansion of the Argos’s existing terminal in Rotterdam. The scope of work consists primarily of tank construction, civil, E&I and building of piping facilities as well as design and construction of a new jetty. 

The first phase for foundation works will take place by the end of March 2012 and the project is scheduled to be finished in March 2013.
