Verwater Enters Partnership with Transfield Services in Australia

November 23, 2011 [Verwater] – The Management of the Verwater Group b.v., and Transfield Services (Australia) PTY Ltd. have agreed to form a long-term relationship in the Australian petrochemical and tank terminal market.


In the presence of CEO of Transfield Services Mr. Peter Goode and Mr. Corne van de Reijt, Managing Director of the Verwater Group, a General Co-operation Agreement was signed to jointly develop business opportunities and to combine both companies’ strong competences in industrial projects.

The companies recognise that there is a large number of opportunities in the Australian market to pursue together, including the design, construction, maintenance and repair of bulk liquid storage tanks, tank terminals and related auxiliary equipment.

Both Verwater and Transfield Services have a long history of successful working within the Oil & Gas Production Refining, Petrochemical, Infrastructure and Industrial sectors.
