US Oil Inventories Reportedly up by 7.2M Barrels

February 23, 2024 [Baha]- Crude oil inventories in the United States decreased by 7.2 million barrels in the week that ended February 16, marking a larger-than-expected buildup, private data from the American Petroleum Institute (API) reportedly showed on Wednesday.

 

Distillate inventories are said to have declined by 2.9 million barrels, whereas gasoline stockpiles saw a jump of 415,000 barrels. During the corresponding week, reserves in Cushing, Oklahoma, allegedly added 668,000 barrels.
