TransVerOils terminal in Antwerp to continue as Tank Opslag Verbeke

June 3, 2010 [TankTerminals.com] - Jan Vandenbril of Tank Opslag Verbeke announced today that, following an internal transaction, Mr. Marnix Verbeke has become the sole shareholder and proprietor of Trans.Ver.Oils N.V. as per 01 June 2010.


The acquisition will have little or no consequences, apart from a number of administrative ones. However, the company will from now on operate under a new name ‘Tank Opslag Verbeke’ N.V. Tank Opslag Verbeke also announced that Transcor International has withdrawn from the management of the company.

Tank Opslag Verbeke operates a 103,000 m³ terminal for petroleum products and chemicals near Hemiksem, a few miles upstream from Antwerp along the Scheldt river.
