Titan Petrochemicals Group Ltd Announces Change Of Chief Executive

January 3, 2012 [Reuters] - Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Cai Jian Jun Henry (Mr. Cai) as Chief Executive of the Company for a term of three years with effect from January 3, 2012. 


Mr. Tsoi Tin Chun (Mr. Tsoi) has resigned with effect from the same day as Chief Executive of the Company, but will remain as the Chairman of the Board and an Executive Director of the Company.
