July 18, 2011 [TIP] - Theodore Industrial Port (TIP) in Theodore, Alabama is exploring opportunities to construct bulk liquid storage tanks at its facility along Mobile Bay in the Gulf of Mexico.

TIP is a privately-owned deepwater port facility with over 1700 lineal feet of dock, 40 feet of water depth and is located along the Theodore Industrial Canal within the Port of Mobile.
With over 100 acres of land available on which to construct a variety of dry and liquid storage, TIP is seeking interested parties to discuss the possibilities of a multi tank storage facility.
TIP has been very successful in its 20 plus years of business and now looks to continue their successes with this different and much-needed, local direction.  Interested parties should contact Sean Curry at 1-251-379-1249.
