KG from Lodh Macquarie Infrastructure Fund, L.P. managed by Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie Asset Management for ?500 million on March 12, 2025. The consideration includes approximately ?300 million of assumed debt of TanQuid GmbH & Co. KG.
