Shell Gas BV (Shell Gas), a subsidiary of Shell plc, along with its partners in the Oman LNG LLC venture, has announced the extension of their shareholders’ agreement for Oman LNG LLC (Oman LNG), signifying a commitment to the venture beyond 2024. This development was celebrated in a signing ceremony held under the patronage of Salim Al Aufi, Oman’s Minister of Energy and Minerals.

Under the newly amended agreements, Shell Gas will maintain its position as the largest private shareholder in Oman LNG, holding a 30% stake in the venture, and will continue to serve as the technical adviser.
