Saval helps solving Middle East crude oil storage hurdle: fire protection supplied and installed on live tanks in weeks
05.11.2020 By Greta Talmaci - NEWS

May 11, 2020 [Saval] – Due to current extreme low oil prices, every available cubic meter of crude oil storage capacity is valuable.

Taking storage tanks out of service for any replacement  /  repair or maintenance of fire-protection systems is detrimental both financially and strategically.

Rim seal fire-protection, detection including extinguishment, is possible out of stock. It can be installed without hot-work: Saval CFI systems.

These independent approved systems are already installed on 5000 tanks worldwide.

Please watch this  3 minute animation movie explaining the system and how it works: https://www.saval.nl/en/products/cfi-rim-seal-fire-protection/112/228/
