Rosneft Acquired 75% of Shares of Lavna Terminal in the Murmansk Region

November 25, 2016 [PortNews IAA] - Rosneft’s subsidiary RN-Active LLC has completed the transaction on purchasing 75% of shares of oil terminal Lavna (Murmansk Region, Murmansk Transport Hub project). Murmansk Region Government has confirmed this information for IAA PortNews.


Under the project, Rosneft will create a coastal base to support offshore projects in the Arctic. Oil terminal Lavna is deep enough to accommodate Very Large Crude Carriers.
