The CEPS pipeline network (with a total length of 5,100 kilometres) spreads over the countries Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France and connects, amongst others, six European deep sea ports (Antwerp, Ghent, Rotterdam, Le Havre, Dunkerque, and Fos) with military airports in Central Europe for the supply of kerosene. Furthermore, the airports Zaventem (Brussels), Bierset (Liège), Schiphol (Amsterdam), and those of Cologne and Frankfurt are connected to CEPS. The CEPS line is mainly used for the transportation of kerosene but certain sections of the network also available for diesel, naphtha, and gasoline shipments

Antwerp Terminal & Processing Company is a 720,000 m³ terminal on the Right Bank in the port of Antwerp. The terminal is owned by VTTI, a JV between Vitol and MISC.
