Port of Antwerp Has Its 5th-In-a-Row Record Year
01.25.2018 - NEWS

January 25, 2018 [Port of Antwerp] - Last year the port handled 223.606.610 ton of goods, a 4.4% growth compared to 2016.

Jacques Vandermeiren, CEO at Port of Antwerp: “Ending up a year with such growth figures, creates trust in the future”.

Our companies also fully believe in the leading role and strengths of Antwerp, as they bare testimony to the numerous investments we did during 2017.

In 2018 we want to further expand on the eagerness of the previous year. This means that we take the world as a scale for our decisions, whereby the maximum facilitation of our customers is the starting point.
