Phoenix Petroleum Now ISO Certified
02.04.2019 - NEWS

February 4, 2019 [Tank News International] - Phoenix Petroleum Philippines has recently achieved two International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications for its Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and for its Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015).

Following a series of audits and management reviews done by the Bureau Veritas Philippines—a recognised and accredited organisation for independent testing, inspection, and certification—the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Operations group led the ISO journey of the company that spanned as early as January 2018.

The certification covers the terminal and depot operations in Calaca, Davao, Villanueva, Calapan, Cebu, Bacolod, Dumaguit, and Zamboanga, as well as the support functions and business units based at Fort Legend Tower in Taguig and the headquarter office in Davao.

Being an ISO-certified company means that the business has established an effective framework which adopts and comply with global quality standards.

Valid for three years, the certification affirmed the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, high quality of service, environmental stewardship, compliance, and continuous improvement.
