Petersburg Oil Terminal Builds New Tank

June 27, 2021 [Sea News] – Petersburg Oil Terminal has been permitted to put into operation its newest storage tank, a fourth one with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters, one of the largest at the terminal.

 

The company said these recently built tanks are most safe and environmentally friendly, with double walls that minimize the risk of oil spillage.

The construction of the new tank for light and dark products started in late 2018. When operable, it will expand the storage capacity at Petersburg Oil Terminal by 10%.
