August 07, 2020 [Hydrocarbon Engineering] – Oiltanking North America LLC has announced that Omega Partners has completed the acquisition of the Joliet terminal in Channahon, Illinois, US.
The acquisition was first announced on 10 June 2020 and, following completion of customary prepatory steps, the transaction was completed with effect from 31 July 2020.
