October 9, 2013 [Odfjell Terminals Granel Quimica Ltda] - Odfjell Terminals Granel Quimica Ltda is building a bulk liquid terminal in Porto Nacional, closed to Palmas, in the state of Tocantins.


Odfjell started building a bulk liquid terminal in Porto Nacional, closed to Palmas, in the state of Tocantins, Brazil.

The Odfjell terminal has an area de 33,800 sqm and, in the first stage, it will have 6 carbon steel tanks and a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters, which will be operational in the first semester of 2014. It may be highlighted the expansion capacity of the terminal may reach 40,000 cubic meters. 

The terminal will hold petroleum products, ethanol and biodiesel, coming from the Odfjell terminal in São Luís, in the state of Maranhão, by the Carajás and Norte-Sul railways, as well as by road.
