14 Apr 2010 [Alibaba] - Mercuria Energy has leased 60,000 cubic metres of gasoline storage in Singapore's Vopak terminal, as well as tanks in Merak, Indonesia, and in South Korea, trade sources said on Wednesday.

A storage infrastructure is crucial to companies wanting to trade in the Singapore gasoline market, traders added.

Mecuria, which is also expanding its Singapore gasoline desk, has sold its second gasoline cargo in the Singapore cash market after starting up the auto fuel trading desk in January this year.
