LNG-Gorskaya Overseas to Construct LNG Center in Denmark

June 7, 2017 [PortNews IAA] - Estonian company LNG Gorskaya Overseas OU and Danish port Grenaa Havn A/S have signed the MoU providing coordinated actions of the parties on construction of the bunkering LNG center with floating storage up to 10,000 m3 in the harbor Grenaa, says LNG Gorskaya LLC.


Creation of capacities for bunkering of the liquefied gas will allow to provide vessels with fuel in the Danish straits, including water areas of the ports of Skagen, Goteborg, Malmyo and Copenhagen.

Within the infrastructure Aurora project developed by LNG Gorskaya Overseas OU, the bunkering LNG centers will be constructed in Lubeck (Germany), Montu, Pärnu (Estonia), Grenaa, (Denmark), Piteo (Sweden), Kotka-Hamina (Finland) and Liepaja (Latvia).
