Koole Tankstorage expands Rotterdam-Pernis terminal

September 12, 2012  [TankTerminals.com] - Koole has initiated the expansion of its Pernis terminal with 30 new tanks in two new tank pits.


For this expansion two new tank pits, TP23 and TP 24, are being constructed. TP 23 will comprise 8 tanks of 3,000 m³ each and 5 tanks of 1,800 m³ each. For TP 24 this will be 7 tanks of 750 m³ each and 10 tanks of 350 m³ each. 

With these new tanks the will be expanded with 41,750 m³. Once the expansion has been completed the total capacity of the terminal will be in excess of 560,000 m³.
