Gunvor Delays Opening of Ust-Luga Liquid Bulk Cargo Complex

November 22, 2010 [PortStorage Group] - Gunvor again delayed the opening of its fuel oil terminal Rosneftbunker at the Ust-Luga port due to problems with its railroad connection.

As stated earlier in the news, to fix the problem Rosneftbunker has attracted a loan of $ 200 million in Vnesheconombank. Gunvor now expects to open the terminal in March-April next year.
