September 27, 2021 [evos] – Evos is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement with Oiltanking GmbH and 3i Infrastructure plc to purchase through its entity Evos Finance B.V. 100% ownership of their terminals in Amsterdam, Terneuzen, Ghent and Malta.
This agreement is in line with Evos’ vision and First Sentier Investors´ long-term infrastructure investment philosophy to create a leading tank storage platform with presence in the key European liquid bulk hubs.
The acquisition will be funded through a capital increase at Evos by First Sentier Investors and additional debt financing.

Evos will now have a total capacity of 6.2 million cbm across its 8 terminals for the storage of oil products, chemicals, and renewable fuels. The sale is subject to customary closing conditions. Completion of the transaction is expected to occur in Q4 2021.
