Scanjet will use Tank Storage Asia 2015 to introduce its SC 60A, an advanced tank cleaning nozzle system, specifically designed to enter the tank via the support legs on floating roof tanks, as well as other available tank entry points.
Emco Wheaton will unveil its newly integrated Electronic Pump Metering System (EPMS), which consolidates multiple pieces of equipment traditionally mounted around a road tanker into a single lightweight cabinet allowing for efficient installation and operator use.
Omnivalve will present its OmniSeal Double Block and Bleed (DB&B) expanding plug valve. A single valve solution that simultaneously blocks both the upstream and downstream flow, while allowing the user to verify seal integrity using a manual or automatic body bleed system.
Tank Storage Asia 2015 not only features a strong exhibition hall, but also a highly practical conference programme, with some of the biggest names within the industry set to speak.
For instance, Thomas Ng, Chairman at The Global Ports Forum, will present ‘Port developments across Asia and their impact on storage strategies’. His talk will encompass the changing geopolitics between the US and Asia, an overview of the new maritime Silk Road and look at what it means for the sector. He will conclude his speech by detailing the future plans for the Asian Infrastructure investment bank.
