September 4, 2015 [Delta Rubis] - The Jetty Facility will transform the Terminal into a world class oil storage hub, enabling the long haul vessel traffic accommodation, offering a faster, flexible and a more diverse operational capability.
With the new Jetty commissioned, Delta Rubis will be able to build and break bulk large vessel cargoes from outer Mediterranean region, increase its vessel throughput volume capability, offer blending capability to service the various diverse product specification requirement, increase the handling of smaller coaster vessels for regional bunker deliveries and domestic and nearby regional supply markets.
The jetty was designed in such way as to offer possibility for future planned growth on the pipe rack, with capability to add new lines for all additional liquid bulk products, as well as LPG and LNG.
As a result of its larger lot handling capability with the new jetty, Delta Rubis is now planning to embark on the building of an additional 350,000 cbm of tankage capacity, which is readily available with permits to build within its terminal area.
Therefore, Delta Rubis is looking for term commitment from its clients, who are interested to build a bigger base for their global oil trading platform.
Delta Rubis Ceyhan Terminal is now ready to service its clients with a 2.3 km jetty with six berths, accommodating vessels up to max. displacement of 230,000 tons, with current draft of 16.50m and LOA of 287 m, with 24 hrs berthing capability.

This new jetty investment paves the way to grow Terminal’s capacity to reach a capacity of 1 million cbm in the very near future.”
