February 27, 2013 [The CLH Group] - The CLH Board of Directors approved the company's new Strategic Plan 2012-2016, which provides for investments of 334 million euros. These investments will focus on the maintenance and improvement of its infrastructures and on maximising efficiency in the services provided, after the major investment effort made by the company in the 2007-2011 period.

Most of the investments established in the new Strategic Plan, 115 million euros, will be devoted to operational and safety improvements at the company’s storage facilities and to making improvements in their automation.

CLH will also assign 81.6 million euros to various environmental protection projects at storage facilities and for protecting pipeline integrity, in addition to continuing with the introduction of biofuels in the logistics system.

It will also be investing 71.1 million euros in expanding storage capacity at the facilities in Algeciras, Tarragona and Barcelona, building the new facility to be located in the port of Bilbao and completing work on the new facility in Castellanos de Moriscos (Salamanca).

A further 65.9 million euros will be spent on building new pipeline lines and making operational improvements to those already built. In this respect, the plan includes building the new Puertollano – Mora pipeline and duplication of the Barcelona – El Prat pipeline, in addition to completing work on the Torrejón – Barajas pipeline.

The company will also be developing opportunities for new business in Spain, such as attracting new international strategic storage contracts and increasing storage volume for bunker products.

This plan also envisages the company continuing to provide international technical consultancy and advisory services and analysing opportunities for investment in mature, stable countries that will make it possible to maximise the growth of CLH in the future.

In this connection, CLH recently signed an agreement the Omani company ORPIC (Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company) for providing advisory services in the construction of energy infrastructures in that country.
