October 29, 2018 [S&P Global Platts] - China National Offshore Oil Corporation, or CNOOC, and Shell International Petroleum Company Limited signed a memorandum of understanding to build an integrated petrochemical site at the Nanhai site in Huizhou, Guangdong, Shell said in a statement late Wednesday.
