Center Point Terminal to add storage tanks in Port Allen

January 6, 2011 [WAFB] - Center Point Terminal, also known as Apex Oil Company, plans to add several more bulk storage tanks in Port Allen to the field south of Rivault Park.


The tanks will be filled with petroleum-based products, including asphalt and carbon black oil. The site is owned by the Port of Greater Baton Rouge and the project is expected to cost $10 million.

Construction will begin this spring.
