February 11, 2019 [SeeNews] - Bosnian oil products distributor Hifa Petrol said it has acquired four filling stations from sector player Cago Petrol, expanding its presence in the country's central part.

The acquisition of the four filling stations – located in Busovaca, Vitez, Lasva and Golubinji – will increase to 36 the total number of retail facilities operated by Hifa Petrol, the company said in a statement last week.

With the transaction, Hifa Petrol will increase its workforce by 20 employees to a total of 390.

Hifa Petrol acquired in December a liquid fuel storage terminal in Sevarlije lifting its total storage capacity of 9.0 million tonnes of oil products and 3.6 million litres of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
