Baltic Oil Terminals to Change Name to Pan European Terminals

September 7, 2012 [4-Traders] - Baltic Oil Terminals is pleased to announce that, further to obtaining shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting held on 14 August 2012, the process for the change of name to Pan European Terminals plc has been completed.


It was expected that the Company’s shares commenced trading on AIM with the new name with effect from 8.00 a.m., 4 September 2012, under the new ticker ‘PAN’ and the same ISIN number (GB00B12V3082).

Information required by AIM Rule 26 will be available on the Company’s new website at www.peterminals.com with effect from 4 September 2012.
