Alimentation Couche-Tard to acquire fuel terminal from BP West Coast Products

November 27, 2009 [Trading Markets ] - Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., a Canada-based operator of convenience stores, through its subsidiary, has signed an agreement to acquire the fuel terminal facilities in Arizona, US, from BP West Coast Products LLC.

The terminal facilities include 16 above-ground storage tanks with a storage capacity of 35.000 m3.
Alimentation Couche-Tard will pay the purchase consideration from its internally available cash. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2010.
