April 07, 2026 [Reuters]- Brazilian state-run oil firm Petrobras said on Monday its board of directors has elected member Marcelo Weick Pogliese as the new chairman.
Pogliese will replace Bruno Moretti, who left the role last month to become Brazil’s Planning and Budget Minister. In a securities filing, Petrobras said Pogliese will remain in the post until the firm’s next general shareholders meeting.
Petrobras has called a general shareholder meeting for April 16.
