BPGIC Begins Planning for Fujairah’s First Euro 5-Grade Gasoline Refinery

December 05, 2025 [Global Flow Control]- Brooge Petroleum and Gas Investment Company (BPGIC), a subsidiary of Gulf Navigation, has signed an agreement to begin pre-project planning for a new refinery that will produce high-quality gasoline at the Fujairah oil hub, according to the UAE’s official news agency.

 

The proposed facility would be the first in the region capable of upgrading naphtha into Euro 5-grade gasoline. Phase one of the project is expected to deliver an initial production capacity of 15,000 barrels per day.

No project value or development timeline has yet been disclosed.
