ATS Launches New Storage Tank Terminal in India

April 27, 2017 [Arabian Supply Chain] - ATS is commencing operations of a new storage tank terminal facility in May 2017, strategically situated in the emerging oil storage & trading location of New Mangalore Port, India.


The new facility is being launched under the name of Raftaar Terminals and will be built with the state of art specifications complying with Indian PESO, OISD norms and with relevant international safety standards.

It will feature the first tank terminal in Mangalore with stainless steel 316L storage tanks and a jetty pipeline suitable for all acids.

The facility can handle the full spectrum of petroleum products including Class A, B & C like Naphtha, Gas oil, Motor Spirit, Para-Xylene, Methanol and a wide range of Petrochemicals products.

It will have eight tanks with capacities ranging from 4000 KL to 12300 KL, totalling 50000 CUM plus, with four jetty lines of SS 316L and carbon steel to handle Petroleum & Petrochemical products from New Mangalore Port Jetties.
