Lanxess finalises storage supplier contract for new chemical plant

June 22, 2010 [TankTerminals.com] - Specialty chemical company Lanxess has finalised contracts with key suppliers for its new $575 million US dollar butyl rubber plant on Jurong Island in Singapore, among which is a storage contract with Stolthaven Terminal Singapore.

Stolthaven Terminals will supply Lanxess with a pipeline and third party storage for chemicals and LPG. The storage service will be offered at company´s new 354,000 m³ chemical storage terminal in Jurong Island’s Tembusu sector, which is expected to be ready by the Q3 2011.
