Stolt-Nielsen recommends no final dividend for 2009

February 19, 2010 [Oslo Børs: SNI] - Stolt-Nielsen S.A. announced today that the Company's Board of Directors decided not to recommend a final dividend payment for 2009.

The recommendation by the Board reflected the Company’s emphasis on conserving cash, pending evidence of a sustained recovery in its key markets. The total dividend for 2009 will therefore be $0.50 per Common Share, which was paid on December 9, 2009.
