TanQuid may expand its storage facility at Radzionkow

December 16, 2009 [wnp.pl] - TanQuid, since 2007 owner of the fuel storage facility in Radzionkow, intends to continue with a further expansion of the storage capacity at its only terminal in Poland.


According to the president of TanQuid Poland Marek Ston, the terminal at Radzionkow is working at its full capacity and the company still sees continuing interest from customers to use its services. The terminal at Radzionkow had already gone through a major expansion this year. The storage capacity increased from 100.000 m3 to more than 130.000 m3. Expansion and upgrading of the terminal has started in 2008 and it mainly comprised of new storage tanks for new products, mainly biofuels. According to Mark Ston, there is still a potential for further expansion of the terminal. He estimates that the company can increase the storage capacity by 10%. At the same time TanQuid is thinking about building another terminal in Poland. Decisions of this kind of investments are to be made at top management level of the group.
